SourceManufacturer page (2026-10-10)

How the level was stated. Printed as Max SPL @ 1m; no other conditions (noise type, crest factor) stated on the page.

Coverage definition. Printed as horizontal x vertical; page calls it a wide dispersion constant directivity horn and does not define the angle (no -6 dB statement). Not stated as rotatable.

Notes. Current MK5 page, not marked archived. Pole mount: 35 mm insert. Page prints no loudspeaker sensitivity (only input sensitivity).

Coverage shape

Horizontal: 90° (seen from above)
Vertical: 70° (seen from the side)

What the figures mean at distance

Taking 129 dB at 1 m on axis and the free-field rule of 6 dB lost per doubling of distance, this is the most the speaker can reach and how wide and high its nominal coverage is at each distance. A real room adds reflections, and a speaker is not normally run at its maximum.
